Wallace K. McDonell
Wallace K. McDonell is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate challenging legal matters. A graduate of Drake University Law School, Wallace is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Throughout a distinguished career primarily focused on trial practice, Attorney McDonell has built a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of individuals in personal injury cases. With decades of courtroom experience, he has successfully represented clients in a wide range of injury claims, providing compassionate guidance and strong advocacy while pursuing fair and just results.
Based in Whitewater, Wisconsin, Attorney McDonell accepts personal injury cases throughout the state. In addition to injury litigation, the firm also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters, including divorce and family law, estate planning, and general civil litigation.

Jonathan K. McDonell
Jonathan K. McDonell is an attorney with Harrison, Williams & McDonell LLP in Whitewater, Wisconsin, where he represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities throughout southeastern Wisconsin. His practice includes personal injury, municipal law, criminal defense, real estate, family law, estate planning, and small business matters. Jonathan is known for providing practical, results-driven advice and strong courtroom advocacy while working closely with clients to navigate complex legal issues.
Jonathan has significant courtroom experience, including numerous bench and jury trials. In addition to his private practice, he serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Palmyra and has been appointed as special prosecutor or special counsel for multiple municipalities across the region. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant City Attorney and City Attorney for the City of Whitewater, giving him valuable insight into municipal operations and governance.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School. He has been admitted to practice in Wisconsin since 2016 and is active in the Walworth County and Jefferson County Bar Associations.
Outside of his legal practice, Jonathan is an active member of the Whitewater Rotary Club. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting.
